Does the holiday founding rate apply to Halloween?
Yes. 20% off our published packages for any event between now and 31 December, when you confirm by 31 October. It applies to our event packages (Party Pop-Up, Signature Celebration and Brand & Wedding Statement), our realtor packages, and Pop the Trunk Classic and Deluxe. It doesn't apply to custom work.
How much does Halloween party décor cost?
Packages start from $500 (Party Pop-Up), or from $400 with the holiday founding rate when you confirm by 31 October. Design, supplies, delivery, setup and teardown are included.
Is it too late to book for Halloween?
Halloween is Saturday 31 October. We're a two-person team, so weekend dates fill first: send a photo now and we'll confirm availability straight away.
Can you take it down after the party?
Yes, teardown is included in every event package. Pop the Trunk is different: the balloons are yours to keep, and teardown is a $50 add-on.
Where do you deliver, and is there a travel fee?
We work across Greater Victoria: Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Metchosin, the Highlands, Sooke, Sidney and the Peninsula. Delivery, setup and teardown are included in every event package. Farther trips are quoted by distance, and any travel cost is in your written quote before you book.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the design and the access at your venue, so we agree the install window with you in writing and have everything finished before your guests arrive. Tell us about stairs, parking and venue hours in the form and we'll plan around them.
How long do the balloons last?
Indoors, our air-filled balloons last for days instead of hours. Outdoors, sun, heat and wind are harder on them: they look their best for about 6 to 8 hours, so we set up close to your start time. Helium balloons are an add-on, priced in your written quote.
How do I hold my date?
A 50% non-refundable retainer holds your date and buys your supplies, and the balance is due before installation. Everything is set out in your written quote and a short agreement first, and nothing is ordered until you approve.
