How much do kids' party balloons cost in Colwood?
The Party Pop-Up, with a 6–10 ft organic garland or focal piece, starts from $475 including design, delivery, setup and teardown. Pop the Trunk starts from $400 and the Signature Celebration from $1,025. Your written quote confirms the price.
Are balloons safe around small children?
Uninflated and popped latex balloons are a choking hazard for children under 8, so keep an eye on anything that pops. We can build the garland out of reach of small hands, and we take everything away at teardown.
What about latex allergies?
Our balloons are latex. If any guest has a latex allergy, tell us before you book so we can talk through options.
Can you decorate a party room at a recreation centre?
Yes. Tell us the room's access time and any rules about wall fixings. We use freestanding frames, and we can come back for teardown when your booking ends.
Is setup and teardown included?
Yes, in every package. We arrive before your guests, install, and come back to take everything down. Late-night teardown after venue hours can be arranged for an extra fee.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the design and the access at your venue, so we agree the install window with you in writing and have everything finished before your guests arrive. Tell us about stairs, parking and venue hours in the form and we'll plan around them.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can: we're a two-person team and dates go to whoever confirms first. We need at least 5 days to get supplies, so shorter notice depends on what we have on hand. Send your date and we'll confirm availability in writing.
How do I hold my date?
A 50% non-refundable retainer holds your date and buys your supplies, and the balance is due before installation. Everything is set out in your written quote and a short agreement first, and nothing is ordered until you approve.
