- Party Pop-Upfrom $4756–10 ft organic garland or focal piece, a simple backdrop or your own wall, plinths or a cake stand where it fits, and one custom colour palette.
- Signature Celebrationfrom $1,025Concept board and colour consult, a 12–20 ft installation, premium backdrop, hand-lettered name or occasion sign, and a styled cake, gift or dessert table.
- Brand & Wedding Statementfrom $1,985Consultation and venue walkthrough, mood board and scaled layout, one major feature such as an arch or wall plus support zones, custom signage and vendor coordination.
Prices in CAD. Your final price depends on size, venue and extras, and you see it in writing before anything is ordered. Helium balloons are an add-on, priced in your quote.

How much does a balloon garland cost in Victoria?
Our Party Pop-Up, with a 6–10 ft organic garland or focal piece, starts from $475 including design, delivery, setup and teardown. Larger installations start from $1,025 (Signature Celebration), and the Brand & Wedding Statement, built around an arch or wall, starts from $1,985. Your written quote confirms the exact price.
How long do air-filled garlands last?
Most of our installations use air-filled balloons, which last for days instead of hours. Helium balloons and bouquets are available as an add-on, priced in your written quote.
Is setup and teardown included?
Yes, in every package. We arrive before your guests, install, and come back to strike and remove everything. Late-night teardown after venue hours can be arranged for an extra fee.
Can you match my colours or theme?
That's the whole point. Send us your palette, invitation, outfit or a Pinterest board and we'll build the concept around it. For motifs with cultural meaning, you choose and we follow your lead.
