Structures, rigging, hand-cut figures and signage, plus delivery, install and teardown. Avi grew up in Victoria and knows the venues, load-ins, parking and access first-hand.
Design & styling lead
Kitty
Colour palettes, balloon design, backdrops and tablescapes. Kitty runs your consultation and makes the hand-smocked skirts, handmade pieces and original artwork. She's newer to the Island and brings years of event decorating with her.

How does the free mock-up work?
Send us one phone photo of your space as it is now. Within 48 hours we send back a realistic image of the design in your actual room. It's free and there's no obligation to book.
What is the holiday founding rate?
20% off our published packages for any event between now and 31 December, when you confirm by 31 October. It applies to every package, including Pop the Trunk.
How does Pop the Trunk work?
You arrange access to the car. We fill the trunk with balloons, a banner, lights and your gifts, all inside the trunk, so the whole surprise appears the moment it opens. SUVs, hatchbacks and minivans suit the full build; sedan trunks get a custom quote. Classic from $400, Deluxe $595.
Do you decorate for realtors?
Yes. Open House Curb Appeal (from $395) puts a door or porch garland and two walkway markers out before doors open and removes them the same day. Welcome Home Key Day (from $345) leaves a garland and a hand-lettered sign waiting for the buyers. Open House Signature (from $695) adds entry and kitchen-island styling and a photo spot, and Pop the Trunk Key Day (from $400) surprises the buyers on closing day. Freestanding frames and removable fixings only, with the seller's OK first. From your fourth listing it's 15% off (never combined with the holiday rate; you get whichever saves more).
Do you do festivals, markets and community events?
Yes: entrance arches, booth garlands and photo spots for markets, fairs, festivals and community celebrations. Every one is quoted for the site, so send us a photo of the entrance or booth and we'll send a free mock-up and a written quote.
Is setup and teardown really included?
Yes, in every package. We arrive before your guests, install, and come back to strike and remove everything. Late-night teardown after venue hours can be arranged for an extra fee.
Where do you work?
All of Greater Victoria: Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Sooke, Sidney and the Peninsula. Farther trips are quoted by distance.
How does payment work?
A deposit holds your date and buys your supplies, and the balance is due before installation. Everything is set out in a short written agreement.
Can you match my colours or theme?
That's the whole point. Send us your palette, invitation, outfit or a Pinterest board and we'll build the concept around it. For motifs with cultural meaning, you choose and we follow your lead.
Do you offer helium balloons?
Yes, as an add-on, priced in your written quote. Most of our installations use air-filled balloons, which last for days instead of hours.
Are these pictures of real events?
They are concept illustrations that show colourways and ideas. Every design we build is made for your space, and your free mock-up shows it in your actual room before you book.
