Older homes in Fairfield, Rockland and James Bay often have plaster walls and picture rails. Our garlands sit on freestanding frames and stands, so we can dress a bay window or a mantel without marking anything.
For a birthday dinner out, many restaurants are happy to have a garland on the table or a backdrop in the private room. Get the restaurant's OK and an access time, and we'll set up before you arrive and clear it at the end of the night.

How much is birthday balloon décor in Victoria?
Pop the Trunk starts from $400 (Deluxe $595), the Party Pop-Up from $475 and the Signature Celebration from $1,025. Every package includes design, supplies and delivery, plus setup and teardown for events. Your written quote confirms the price.
Can you decorate a condo or apartment downtown?
Yes. Tell us about the elevator, parking or loading zone and any strata rules, and we'll plan the carry-in and setup time around them.
Can you set up at a restaurant?
Yes, with the restaurant's OK. Give us the access time and we'll have it ready before you arrive and clear it when you're done. Late-night teardown after venue hours is an extra fee.
Can you do a birthday surprise in a car?
That's Pop the Trunk: balloons, a banner and your gifts inside the trunk, set up within 2 hours of the reveal. SUVs, hatchbacks and minivans suit the full build; sedan trunks get a custom quote.
Is setup and teardown included?
Yes, in every package. We arrive before your guests, install, and come back to take everything down. Late-night teardown after venue hours can be arranged for an extra fee.
How long do the balloons last?
Indoors, our air-filled balloons last for days instead of hours. Outdoors, sun, heat and wind are harder on them: they look their best for about 6 to 8 hours, so we set up close to your start time. Helium balloons are an add-on, priced in your written quote.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can: we're a two-person team and dates go to whoever confirms first. We need at least 5 days to get supplies, so shorter notice depends on what we have on hand. Send your date and we'll confirm availability in writing.
How do I hold my date?
A 50% non-refundable retainer holds your date and buys your supplies, and the balance is due before installation. Everything is set out in your written quote and a short agreement first, and nothing is ordered until you approve.
