Questions

Which areas do you serve?

All of Greater Victoria: Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Metchosin, the Highlands, Sooke, Sidney and the Peninsula. Delivery, setup and teardown are included in every event package.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to three weeks is ideal. Ask anyway for sooner dates; we often fit smaller setups in within a few days.

Do you use helium?

Indoors only, when the design calls for it. Outdoor builds are air-filled and fully supported, so nothing floats away or tips over.

What does the free mock-up include?

A realistic picture of the design in your own space, plus a written quote with three options. There's no cost and no obligation.
