Yes. Open House Curb Appeal (from $395) puts a door or porch garland and two walkway markers out before doors open and removes them the same day. Welcome Home Key Day (from $345) leaves a garland and a hand-lettered sign waiting for the buyers. Open House Signature (from $695) adds entry and kitchen-island styling and a photo spot, and Pop the Trunk Key Day (from $400) surprises the buyers on closing day. Freestanding frames and removable fixings only, with the seller's OK first. Realtors get 10% off every listing and 15% off from the fourth (never combined with the holiday rate; you get whichever saves more).

Yes, in every event package. We arrive before your guests, install, and come back to strike and remove everything. Late-night teardown after venue hours can be arranged for an extra fee. Pop the Trunk is different: the balloons are yours to keep, and teardown is a $50 add-on you can choose when you book.

It depends on the design: a single garland goes up much faster than a full-room installation. We confirm our arrival time and how long we need with your quote, and we're always finished before your guests arrive. Pop the Trunk is set up within 2 hours of the reveal.

Indoors, our air-filled garlands stay full and fresh for days. Outdoors, sun, heat and wind are hard on latex, so outdoor pieces are made to be enjoyed on the day, and we install as close to your start time as we can. Helium bouquets float for hours, not days.

As early as you can: we're a two-person team and dates go to whoever confirms first, especially weekends and December. We need at least 7 days' notice to source supplies; you can book online straight away when your date is free in our calendar, and for shorter notice email us and we'll see what we can do. A 50% retainer holds your date. Send your date and we'll confirm availability in writing.

For outdoor events we agree a sheltered spot or an indoor backup with you before the day. Wind and balloons don't mix, so if it isn't safe to install outside, we set up in your backup spot instead.
